Whole projects, one team
What sets us apart is that we deliver more than our specialist trades. Through our network of trusted, experienced subcontractors we coordinate and manage every part of a project, from strip-out to the finished, furnished room.

Our own teams handle the interior systems and carpentry. Around them we bring in the electricians, plasterers, decorators and flooring fitters we trust, and we run the programme. You get one point of contact and one team responsible for the result.
The Rawr Beauty salon in Kenilworth went from a tired office unit to a finished, furnished salon in three weeks this way.

Fit-out and refurbishment on site
Fit-out and refurbishment: common questions
What does a fit-out include?
Whatever the space needs to be ready to use. For us that can mean strip-out and alterations, partitions and ceilings, electrics and lighting, plastering and decorating, flooring, and furnishing at handover.
Do I need to hire and manage the other trades myself?
No. Our own teams handle the interior systems and carpentry, and we bring in the electricians, plasterers, decorators and flooring fitters we trust. We run the programme, so you have one point of contact.
How long does a commercial fit-out take?
It depends on the size of the space and the scope of work. As an example, we turned a tired office unit in Kenilworth into a finished, furnished beauty salon in three weeks.
Do you take on conversions and change of use?
Yes. At Hatton we converted an oak carport into classroom space for a local school, from the new oak-clad front elevation through insulation, partitions, plastering, electrics, flooring and decoration.
