This notice explains what happens to your details when you contact FG Sheridan Construction through this website. We are FG Sheridan Construction Limited, company no. 16624008, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 2 Alne Close, Henley-in-Arden, B95 5JZ.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us: phone number, town or postcode, the type of work, and your message.

Why, and the lawful basis

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles it

Your message is delivered to us by email. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and delivers the email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to deal with them and any work that follows, then deleted. [Fergus to confirm a retention period, for example two years.]

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@fgsheridanconstruction.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
